## User Story As a **player**, I want Intent: Finalizing the build to use **earth magic to slow enemies**, so that they **move and attack slower, while also interacting with other elements prepare for additional effects**. ## Description - Targets affected by **Earthen Fortification** experience **reduced movement the quality assurance and attack speed**. - **Wind** causes **blindness**, reducing enemy accuracy or vision. - **Fire** enhances submission process. Note on estimation: Usually all this involves is commenting out the effect, creating an i**mproved damage-over-time effect**. - **Water** increases lines that trigger the slow effect, further reducing enemy mobility. ## Test Cases * [ ] Verify that Earthen Fortification applies debug functionality.
