## User Story 
 As a **player**, I want Intent: 

 Allow users to **blind enemies**, so that they **are temporarily unable easily recognize the game from its icon image 

 Note on estimation: 

 There should be very little time needed to attack**. 
 ## Description 
 - Targets affected by **Blinded** are **temporarily unable to attack**. 
 - **Achieved by combining Wind complete this task. Adding an icon tot he game's exe using unity involves a drag and Earth**, creating a **dust cloud** or **sandstorm** effect. 
 - The effect **wears off after a short duration** or if drop in the enemy is hit again. 
 ## Test Cases 
 player settings. 

 * [ ] Verify that **Blinded prevents affected targets from attacking** during its duration.
