## User Story 
 As Intent: 

 Ensure all players can experience a **player**, I want to **unleash portion of the game without the need of an additional player on an online connection. 

 Note on estimation: 

 This is mostly a blast of wind verification at my target**, so that I can **push enemies back and interact with other elements**. 
 ## Description 
 - Fires a **quick burst the end of wind** for **single-target impact** or a **continuous wind stream** for sustained pressure. 
 - **Pushes back enemies**, making it useful for **crowd control**. 
 - **Water Interaction:** Combines with Water to create **Frozen**, immobilizing enemies. 
 - **Earth Interaction:** Kicks up **dust the sprint and debris**, applying the **Blinded** effect needs little if any time dedicated to enemies. 
 - **Fire Interaction:** Increases the **duration of Burning**, making fire effects last longer. 
 ## Test Cases 
 * [ ] Verify it. If an entire new mode needs to be created to support this then there should be other cards defining that **Gale Force deals wind-based damage** when hitting a target.
