User Story¶
As a player, I want to disable or bypass magic barriers, so that I can progress through blocked areas by solving puzzles or using the correct spells.
Description¶
- Magic barriers block the player’s path until a condition is met.
 - Some barriers require specific elemental interactions to deactivate (e.g., Lightning to overload, Water to short-circuit).
 - Other barriers are linked to puzzles or switches, requiring interaction to disable.
 - Certain barriers may be temporary or reset after a period.
 
Test Cases¶
- Verify that magic barriers block player movement until the correct action is performed.
 - Ensure that the correct elemental spell interacts with the barrier as intended.
 - Confirm that puzzle-based barriers deactivate upon solving the linked puzzle.
 - Validate that barriers reset if designed to reappear after a cooldown.
 - Ensure that visual and audio feedback indicates when a barrier is deactivated or reactivated.
 - Check that barriers cannot be bypassed using unintended mechanics (e.g., clipping).
