As a player, I want each NPC and enemy to have unique lines, so that I can experience more variety and character personality.

- NPCs and enemies have distinct dialog lines.
- Some lines change based on progress or events.
- Supports randomized responses for variety.
Test Cases¶
- Verify that each NPC/enemy has a unique line of dialog.
- Ensure that dialog updates based on game progress (if applicable).
- Confirm that randomized lines do not repeat too frequently.
- Validate that enemies/NPCs react correctly to player actions.
