Description

User Story

As a player, I want to use Umbral Arts to weaken and disrupt my enemies, so that I can debuff Light enemies and gain an advantage in battle.

Description

  • Dark magic focuses on cursing, draining, and shadow-based attacks.
  • Light-aligned enemies take extra damage from Umbral Arts.
  • Some Dark spells apply debuffs like Weakened or Mana Drain.
  • Certain abilities may inflict damage over time (corruption effects).
  • Umbral Arts can reduce enemy healing effects, making combat more difficult for Light Wizards.

Test Cases

  • Verify that Dark-based attacks deal increased damage to Light enemies.
  • Ensure that Weakened status applies correctly when Dark spells hit.
  • Confirm that Mana Drain properly reduces enemy mana upon hit (if applicable).
  • Validate that healing reduction effects apply correctly against Light-based abilities.
